The elevator is tiny and slow, leading to frustrating waits during peak times!!! Rooms are dreadfully small, particularly for larger groups. Unpleasant odors from cleaning staff smoking can be distracting while navigating the entrance.

The warm welcome from the staff, especially Turkay's early room arrangement, and the convenient location near Taksim Square made my stay memorable. Breakfast variety was pleasant, enhancing my experience.

Helpful local knowledge shared during my stay.
My experience was dampened by several issues. The breakfast team was not accommodating, often leading to disappointment with limited food options even during breakfast hours. I faced repeated struggles with room key activation, which required multiple visits to the front desk, causing unnecessary frustration.

The perfect Istanbul getaway! 🇹🇷
Staff were super chill and really helpful, especially Yakub at reception who sorted my early check-in—lekker! The location is just tops, walking distance to Taksim and all the food stalls. The brekkie had some nice Turkish treats that got my day started right!
Only thing was the TV was a bit of a flop, wasn’t working at all, but honestly, who watches TV in Istanbul?

I had a good time over 20 nights. The staff were real helpful and attentive. Just found the breakfast selection limited and the room a tad basic, but sweet overall.

I stayed in a Deluxe Triple Room for 3 nights and it was super comfortable. The beds were cozy, and I loved the Egyptian cotton linens. The decor was modern and stylish, exactly like the photos. The only downside was the TV didn’t work, but honestly, I was too busy enjoying the city to care. The daily housekeeping kept things feeling fresh, too.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend escape in Istanbul with very good value for money. They were accommodating when I needed help storing my luggage before check-in, which made things easier. Try to clarify your taxi arrangements in advance.

A Memorable Stay with Attentive Service
Having spent four nights in a beautiful, well-decorated room, I cherished the complimentary Turkish coffee available in the lobby—perfect during my afternoon breaks. The warm, engaging staff made my experience even better, especially with their timely assistance. A key tip, Don’t hesitate to ask for breakfast replenishments early!

Had a blast with my friends! The location is prime, just a short walk to Taksim and nearby markets. The staff is super friendly, especially Yakub at the front desk, who was really accommodating with an early check-in. The breakfast spread was solid, perfect for fueling up before our adventures. Definitely check out the Turkish baths nearby!
We did have a small hiccup. the TV in our room wasn’t functioning, but it didn’t bother us too much since we were out exploring.
